CyrusOne Lebanon

Architectural Screen Wall

Lebanon, OH – 2024

During the CyrusOne Lebanon project, unforeseen site conditions, including buried conduit and electrical runs, were uncovered during land preparation. Encore adapted quickly, working around these challenges to keep the project on schedule.

The screen wall was initially designed with varying panel widths, which appeared practical in the design phase but would have resulted in misaligned joints. Recognizing this, Encore reworked the plan, standardizing panel sizes to create a cleaner, more cohesive appearance while also improving the efficiency of installation.

To further enhance the design, Encore replaced the original butt joint corners with 45-degree mitered edges, making the joints blend seamlessly. Collaborating closely with the architects and engineers, these refinements ensured both visual appeal and ease of construction.

Once the design was finalized, the installation went smoothly, with the team completing the work on time and with great efficiency.
